Beware of the Service Department - They are crooked and the experience/talent to work on cars is just not there in my opinion.
We had a wonderful experience buying our first brand new car from Norris Ford. The sales team delivered the Explorer we had been searching for and was forthcoming with pricing. I do have to mention how accommodating the staff was with our time. My two-year-old daughter was also pleased as she received a mini water. I highly commend Norris Ford – ask for Bruce.
