RecommendedI had the best experience with Norris Ford and would definitely recommend Norris to my Family and Friends. Salesman Gary worked for days to find me what I was looking for. Then, worked for hours to make sure I was happy with everything before I went into signing. Tyler the sales manager had great customer customer service and Frank B in financing was very detailed and went over everything. Very happy with my new car and every happier with the customer service I had with Norris Ford.
Be careful buying parts from Norris Ford...they charge a 15% restock fee even if the part is not opened. In addition even if you pay cash you will not receive cash back unless it is same day. Five day wait to get a refund minus a restock fee on an item that was paid for with cash and never used....now thats what I call great customer service....NOT. I have bought three vehicles at this dealership...they wont get a penny going forward
This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT only!!!!! Sales process was fine but beware when purchasing a vehicle with a warranty, do NOT have it serviced at this dealership. It’s quite a shame. It would be convenient as a customer to find a good dealership with a fair sales department with an equally good service department but that is not the case here. I have definitely learned my lesson!
