If I could give lower I would!! Sold me a car that has issues!! Car was brought in 2 weeks after having it to get checked and they told me it was nothing. My boyfriend had a warranty on his truck and I told Stephanie DO NOT do anything to the truck if the warranty doesn't cover she said ok we wouldn't do anything without calling. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE brand new back in 2014 had transmission replaced twice as well as clutch replaced twice(it's an automatic), had emergency brake replaced once due to it popping up while driving, had inside door panel fixed because it fell off when the door simply closed, had seat belt replaced because it wouldn't lock in, and the cherry on top this wonderful sundae of shit is when I was driving it and the entire engine fell out of the car during rush hour traffic. Their service dept is the not very good. The service tech people are very nice EXCEPT mr mohammad. He is so ignorant and rude with a mean horrible personality. The way he talks to people and behind their backs is extremely bad. Will never ever go there!! Sorry Jeanette Baublitz Truth Hurts!?!?
I bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta 3 years ago and the transmission SUCKS! It has been in and out service several times. When it started acting up again I figured I would just trade it in and move on. I went to Norris Ford and was told I could not trade it because IT HAD A BAD TRANSMISSION! I cannot make this up! I honestly thought I was being punked! So now it sits in the service area AGAIN! Oh and I was told maybe the Norris service team "isn't fixing it right." Threw their own service team under the bus and backed over them!
