In February bought a white 2020 Ford Explorer right off the showroom floor. After the dealer prep and the car was outside we noticed that what looked to be rust specks in bedded in the clear coat. They told us the would take care of it and we could just leave it. We get a call the following day that it is fixed. Upon arrival and another inspection it was still there. I am trying to get a recall repair (driver and passenger airbags) complete. While speaking with the 800 number customer service representative, she recommended this dealership for it was the closest dealer to me. I had just moved to Baltimore and am unfamiliar with the area. The customer service rep explained to an individual, David, at the dealership, that there were multiple reasons a rental car (or loaner) would be required for my (valid) situation. I've been a customer for 35+ years. Recently took an 06 F250. super duty with 60,000 miles to them. I was having issues I couldn't figure out. They told me I needed a new engine. Quoted me 10,500.00 to replace the motor. Charged me 300. and another tow. I took it to a real mechanic and 5 days, 2500.00 the truck purrs like a kitten. NEVER AGAIN NORRIS FORD!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
