Wonderful staff and gowns! I made a trip to Springfield in search of my wedding dress and stopped in every bridal shop it town. Normans was by far the best experience! They welcomed me sweetly (even without an appointment--whoops!), had more beautiful options than anywhere else that I searched, and our wonderful help--Nicole--did a great job helping me choose the perfect dress. I'm so grateful!
I was beyond impressed with the staff and selection at Norman’s. Kaitlyn was so attentive, and actually picked out the dress I ended up getting! The selection is so unique and different. I picked out 5 dresses within the first 10 minutes, and nearly all of them fit the style I was looking for! I would recommend Norman’s to any bride!
The staff were so accommodating and kind! Especially with me showing up at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday! They made me feel beautiful!
