I’ll just say this... Norman’s was my first store I went into and I ended up saying yes to the dress after 15 dresses! I highly recommend Tara as a consultant. She’s so sweet & way beyond helpful. She listened to me when it came to my budget and respected that. The owner Brenda was really kind and sweet as well. The store has a wide range of dresses and is really beautiful. Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until we left with the dress!
My daughter tried on a dress here that she loved but we wanted to go one more place to look. While at other shop she called to verify the dress she wanted here was still available. She was told yes and that they would pull it for her. We drove over an hour and you guys had sold it! Don’t tell someone you are gonna pull a dress and let us drive over an hour just to sell it! Horrible customer service!
