I had the absolute best experience with Tara Routh today! She was so unbelievably helpful! She completely redeemed the awful experience I had last weekend at a different bridal store. She wasn’t just trying to sell me a dress, and made every effort to make sure I found what I wanted. My sister got her dress here in 2014, and I am so glad I got mine here too. Great atmosphere! Patty was amazing! I came in with a list of dresses that I wanted to try and she pulled them all! I tried on so many beautiful dresses, but I just wasn’t having that bridal moment. Then Patty goes and pulls a dress she thought I may like and it was PERFECT! It was the perfect combination of everything I wanted and my whole party knew it was the one the moment I stepped out! I love telling this story! I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted (kind of). We came to the appointment with a list. It couldn’t be white, it had to have a high neck line, and it had to have pockets. I barely slept the night before expecting the horrible experience I had already been through at a different shop. The FIRST dress the consultant brought to me is my wedding dress. It was destiny. I loved every second I was there and that day will always be one of my favorite memories. So yea, I recommend Norman’s.
I wanted our daughter to have the perfect day of dress shopping. First place we went to was not that. Norman’s Bridal give her just the experience she wanted. The staff went above and beyond.❤️
Patty was the absolute best! She dealt with my huge group that I brought along, listened to my likes and dislikes and knew well before I had decided which dress would be mine. I will be recommending Norman’s and Patty to everyone!
