Rude employees do not recommend if you want to have a pleasant experience. Especially since the owner, Brenda was the most rude
Discrimination and exclusion is not what I like to hear about one of the biggest days of a brides life. A business all starts and reflects on the owner. My friend went on her first bridal try-on (drove 1 1/2 hours) and left in tears after being made feel she wasn’t welcome and was there “way too early” to try on dresses. Luckily she went to a salon right after and found (what sounds like) the one. Will not be doing business here.

Patty was awesome! She worked with me and was patient even though I really had no idea what I wanted! And she found me the PERFECT dress. 10/10 experience today!
Patty did a wonderful job helping me pick my wedding dress, she was very understanding when I was undecided and was more than happy to let me try on my top two dresses more than once. She was so kind and helped open my eyes to try styles I didn't think I would like. I would highly recommend Norman's Bridal for your dress needs!
Patty helped me find the dress and it was the best experience! She only pulled dresses that were in my budget and made it so much easier to say yes without feeling hesitant. I had my sister mom and daughter with me and she made them all feel included. It was the best experience and we have been to 3 places in Kansas City but we had to try Norman’s (which is a 3 hour drive) they have the most beautiful wedding dresses! Thank you Patty! You’re the best!!!!
Patty helped my daughter find her wedding dress. She was very friendly and listened to what my daughter wanted. She pulled a few different styles as well. My daughter ended up picking a totally different style than what she thought she wanted. It was because of Patty's expertise. If you are looking for a wedding dress be sure to go to Norman's and ask for Patty. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Patty!
