I prefer the smaller outlying airports to the major airports. I found the Delta Airlines ticket staff to be very friendly, and my time in the TSA line was very brief. I would prefer flying in and out of SJC than SFO for future business travel.

I have no problem with the service except for the TSA. It seems that they opened one of my luggages and did an inspection. I did not realized until I arrived in Beijing Airport and notice that a metal handle was missing. The device was used to help carry the seabag. It is not a complicated device that could not have been put back on. Even if it was complicated the TSA inspector could have been put it inside the seabag. It was not done and now I have to see if I can find a replacement handle since they are not being built any... read more
