It was ok but I had trouble communicating with some staff, maybe offer training employees in English & etiquette skills. Other than that it was ok.

What a great airport! It's very small so it was easy to maneuver and it was fast. I did get a bag search, but that's okay the TSA agent was nice. The only suggestion I might have is the gift shop needs to have some kid related souvenirs with California or San Jose on them. I couldn't find much other than coffee cups and baseball caps.
