RecommendedThe airport is very nice - My problem is with the airline. I flew United...the line at 5:00 AM, to simply drop off a prepaid and pre-checked in suitcase was a 40 min endeavor with the line around the escalators to another door. Security was efficient and quick but because of the dissaray at the United check-in, I had no time to buy breakfast or coffee before boarding my 4+ hr flight...it makes me wonder how much money the vendors DON'T make because of the inefficiency of this airline.
I'm flying with hawiian airline so the staff has lot of Aloha
The airport is fine. The only negative is the signage and multiple turn-offs to get to Terminal A. It seems like we always end up going around twice because of wrong turns. And it's not just me!

This airport was ok busy but the people where helpful. It seemed to be nice size didn't even know it was a international airport til jet blue canceled my flight and I asked to be accommodated with another airport close to SF and this was one of the options to gettting back to the US. Very smooth flight into airport and luggage was there this time. No complaints.
