TSA staff efficient. Southwest airline baggage check quick
SJC was great. I had an issue the TSA screening checkpoint. Basically there were three lines that fed into the actual screening process. We unfortunately were in the line closest to the TSA ticket screening. Unfortunately, TSA agents kept introducing people into our line which created an unnecessary backup and delay. I'm assuming that these people placed at the front of our line had the right to "jump the line." Suggestion, share the "pain." Don't introduce your VIP customer's into only one line...
Great airport, nice people staffing it! They look out for you, and the flight attendant was a riot, even dressed as Elvis! So awesome!
