The shuttles to Caltrain only come every 30 minutes and I walked up to one, waved, and it drove away. Most SFO shuttles come every 10-15 minutes. I guess you get what you pay for.
I flew Jet blue, and the crew along with passenger service were very nice. I would highly recommend Jet Blue over any other Airlines. Fly Jet Blue they treat you right.

Sorry for your experience. Between the hours of 6am - 7pm on weekdays, the free bus shuttle (VTA #10) runs more frequently - about every 15-20 minutes or less. After 7pm, it runs less frequently - about every 20-30 minutes.
Clean , comfortable, robots to play with the kids. Rental car in and out. Recommend
I have not been to SJC in awhile and was surprised to see how nice it is now after it was remodeled.
A great experience! Close parking, went quickly through security (with the aid of TSA PRE), and a very nice, modern facility. Good restaurant choices too. I love flying out of SJC!
