We love it They have the CLear Kiosk!!!! No waiting in-line for the TSA.... Easy drop off and pick up in the arrival as well !!!! It's not as crazy as SFO & LAX!!!
Really did not live up to my expectations for flying into the tech hub of the world for the 1st time. Wi-Fi...forget about it, get Cisco to donate some equipment maybe. TSA was friendly enough, but there wasn't anywhere to stop and get redressed after the process.
TSA lines are quick, airport is busy but not like SFO. I like SJC

I was at United baggage claim to pick up my 12 week old puppy. Was a super simple process if you want to call it that. Dexter my puppy was alert, happy and seemed to have a great exp with there pet flying services. This is the 3rd time. The airport made it pretty easy to find where I needed to be. Customer service was excellent. Thank you
Nice place. Easy to move around in. No problems. All went smoothly.
By far the easiest, cleanest, most convenient, hassle free airport. First time flying in and out of SJC and I'll definitely do it again if I ever come out to the Bay!! I absolutely love the organization and how convenient it is to literally cross the street to Hertz Rental car.
