RecommendedI liked the airport it was clean only problem was with TSA the two individuals we stopped to ask a question was extremely rude which made it unpleasant but the rest of employees was very nice

I have flown out of SJC for the last 3 years after annual training for the US Army. There is always a very long unorganized line. The airport is never prepared for the influx of soldiers leave Fort Hunter Ligget. The staff at American Airlines was rude to the men and women of the military.
