South West Airline lost my luggage, when I went into to report the loss the woman behind the counter told me she would not help me. She was incredibly rude. Come to find out the airline never but the bags on my transfer flight. Said they never tried because the landing of the first flight was to close to the take off the second. Could not be less satisfied with their service.
We are niw stuck in Dallas because of "technical problems. " Dallas was are leg to New Orleans. American still can not locate our luggage ughhhhh
People were friendly, I was able to find my gates very easily with the direction given. Alaska Airline was awesome, great staff!!!

Nice airport if you have a delayed flight. Lots of shops and restaurants to take your mind off the hours.
This airport is easy to get around in and all of the personnel were friendly and helpful.

RecommendedWe love it They have the CLear Kiosk!!!! No waiting in-line for the TSA.... Easy drop off and pick up in the arrival as well !!!! It's not as crazy as SFO & LAX!!!
