So far this is the best Airport I have been to in the USA. Everything is so well laid out and organized. Everyone is so friendly there and so helpful
I have flown out of SJC for the last 3 years after annual training for the US Army. There is always a very long unorganized line. The airport is never prepared for the influx of soldiers leave Fort Hunter Ligget. The staff at American Airlines was rude to the men and women of the military.

I wasn't impressed. Only good thing was security line was kinda quick. But the check in process is garbage, unorganized, doesn't open til 5 am. That's chaotic. No where to charge phones/ electronics that I could see.
