Our family just visited Hawaii and take San Jose back to Hometown Maryland ! And we found out San Jose Air port is the best Air port in the country . Now a day , every one need fast Communication with their cell phone,especially waiting for the flight ! This air port has a very good wi fi network compare the Hawaii air port ! Good jobs San Jose! �

After getting off our flight from Cabo we are herded thru customs after getting our luggage and then have to go thru TSA again. Doesn't make sense. Most of the TSA people were rude but one young man explained why we had to go thru again even if getting a connecting flight. He said it was because the fence outside where we were re loading our luggage and the TSA checkpoint was not secure. People could come from the outside. Therefore we had to go thru it all over again. Didn't even get to make a restroom break as our flight w... read more

pretty efficient airport. The men at Southwest outside baggage check saved me, by getting me on an earlier flight when mine was delayed 3 hours. Big thanks to them. The people at Southwest gate 19 didn't use a microphone so we couldn't hear anything they said about boarding. Just had to guess, from what people closer up were doing. I was waiting in the airport 21/2 hours, and was kind of hungry but none of the restaurants had gluten and dairy free choices on the menu. Got by on my protein bar.
