Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The office uses state of the art technology and can walk you through everything they are seeing while evaluating your teeth.
I told one of the assistants, the girl who was working with Devon was very rough with my mouth. I think she was new and being trained. She slipped with her tool while placing the string around my tooth and jabbed my gum. I realize that can happen. She seemed to get a little frustrated with the temporary not fitting quite right made a second one. I had a broken tooth and they got me in right away. My tooth had to be pulled but the whole experience was as good as getting a tooth pulled can be. Friendly, caring staff from the receptionists to the doctor.
