I had a wonderful experience yesterday. The entire staff was courteous and professional. I really appreciated the follow-up call that I received from Dr. Dan this morning.
Laurie was friendly and personable. She kept me informed about each element of my appointment (x-rays, exam, cleaning etc) She was gentle with the cleaning and made sure I had my next appointment all lined up before we left the exam room. I was in and out of my appointment in a timely manner.Overall Norman Family Dentistry does an excellent job. While going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, they make it as pleasant an experience as possible.
Erin dose a GREAT JOB Devin should give her a Raise.
