After renting a lens last year around this time, I figured it wouldn't be a problem to do the same. I emailed the owner (like I had last year), waited a week, and didn't hear anything back. So, I went to the generic contact form on the website, and filled that out. Again, crickets. I was forced to rent from a national rental company instead. After gobs of research online, I was still confused. However, Brandon and Amy were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. 15 minutes chatting with them was better than hours of research online.

I am so happy with the customer service I got from Norman Camera! I just took an SD card in for image recovery and EVERYTHING is there. I am SO very happy! You all were an amazing help. I shop here every time I need new gear : )
I have had nothing but wonderful service from Norman Camera. As someone who makes my living shooting photos and videos, having a full service camera store within driving distance is essential. Even though on occasion I could save a few dollars online, I prefer to shop local. Also a shoutout to GR assistant manager Amy who gives me excellent advice and, like most of the people working at Norman Camera, is a gifted photographer in her own right. I highly recommend them.
Super helpful (and not pushy) staff! One of the only places that stocks high quality professional equipment!
