RecommendedPrinting signs for a golf outing and I ran out of printer ink. I live in Big Rapids but had a friend in GR at the time. Rob from the GR store allowed me to pay for the ink and he waited for my friend in his car for 1/2 hour to make sure we got the ink to finish the project. This isn’t the first time they have gone above and beyond. You don’t find this kind of service from online stores.

The staff there was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly very kind. I had plenty of questions and they had very in depth answers. I definitely plan on visiting the store again. Also if you are a drone enthusiast, they have plenty of info and equipment for that as well!
The staff members at this store are always so knowledgeable and friendly. I can always trust them to help me find exactly what I need and I won't shop anywhere else.
