Fast, knowledgeable technical assistance. My camera locked on 1/30 or slower shutter speeds on Tv mode--for no apparent reason. Brandon helped me reset the camera to factory settings and that corrected the problem. I was practicing for a "paying" shoot next week and must have speedy answers. I drive from Lansing to GR to buy at Norman Camera.
Thanks to Adam and everyone for always being so helpful. This is my favorite shop and I’ve always had great service with any questions I had in mind and getting the best recommendations for what to buy in my budget. You won’t be disappointed.
I love everything about Norman Camera. Every time I walk in someone is always there eager to help me and answer any questions I have. If they didn't have the product I was looking for they have always been so quick to let me know when it will come in and within days I am back to pick it up. Everyone at Norman's is so educated in all the gear and have always known how to answer my questions.
Just a shout out to the guys and girls at Norman camera (Grand Rapids) ! I have purchased a good amount of equipment the last 4 weeks at Norman. cameras, lenses, bags, tripods, paper trimmers....(you get the idea) Ive been shooting for over 20 years and every sales person I have come in contact with were helpful ,polite, and knowledgable about the equipment I was purchasing. So thanks to Adam, Amy and Brandon in Grand Rapids! Truly a great team in this area!

My wife and I are both avid photographers and the entire staff at Norman Camera is always courteous and helpful in assisting us with our photography needs.
