I joined the Norfolk Y in 2014 and since then it has changed how I think about fitness and what it means to me. The group fitness classes are the best thing I ever joined. It's like I have my own little fitness family that pushes me to work hard to meet my goals and have fun all at the same time. Love the Norfolk Y!
'Small Town Values' doesn't have to mean 'Small Town Prejudice'. Your actions toward the Legally Married Same-Sex Family reminds me of how the 'Loving Family' was treated by those OTHER Bigots in Virginia just 70 years ago...How backwards do you want to be? GROW THE HELL UP and take your MISSION STATEMENT literally...or just have the same Strength this Family had to announce what they were, by announcing openly WHAT you ARE....
Single best place in Norfolk. Fantastic facility to work out at and about to get better with the expansion.
Love this place great for family's to get some exercise and just have fun.
all they ever ask for is more donations and they still discriinate against gay couples. they also used to have 4 or 5 raquet ball courts and now they only have 2. norfolks ymca is garbage compared to the rest of the states
