THEY SUCK !!!!!!
Worst ever!! Rent at your own risk. They are unresponsive and dishonest. They took money out of our bank account for something other than rent. Do not ever give them access to your bank account for rent as they will pull out money for anything they feel owed them. They will show up to you place with little or no notice. Real estate rules/regulations mean nothing to Nomatic. Both Ben and Ray are rude and inaccessible. And do not expect to get back your security deposit without a fight!!
