Bought a Raptor from Joe Noller at Laird Noller. While all the Colorado dealers were price gouging, I heard of Joe on a forum and gave him a call. We agreed on a price without haggling and Joe shipped the car to me. I pick it up tomorrow. I'd highly recommend in state and out out of state people consider buying from here.
Laird Noller was very accommodating during the purchase of our new explorer and would recommend them as the go to for your vehicle needs.
After seeing the racist alt/right trolling that Laird Nolar sales person Tara Werner has posted all over facebook,. I don;t trust them to sell me a worthwhile car much less stand behind their products. Nasty mean spirited racist crap that she posts makes me never want to set foot on that car lot ever.
I found the vehicle I was interested in on their website, I emailed them with a date and time that would work for me to take a test drive, they quickly confirmed with me. They had the vehicle warmed up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Evan Loy (sales person) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, negotiated a great deal for the truck with my trade-in. Very happy with the whole experience.
Absolutely awesome service. Service manager is phenomenal. We broke down on our way to Colorado (me, my fiancé, an 8yr old and baby). This isn't the dealership we normally used and we're disappointed to find out Thoroughbred Ford in KC didn't put out Motor in our truck properly .. $9,500 later we were very upset to be broken down. He took the time to call out dealership who wouldn't call back so he decided to give us a rental and fix our truck at his location. Very happy ending to a bad day.
