RecommendedVery timely service. Scheduled for a 1:00 PM Works Oil Change and reset an errant tire pressure warning light, I was out in 45 minutes. I still had time to eat my Chick File A sandwich and fries in the Waiting area.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and customers. Just a good experience having my Ford truck serviced by Ford technicians.
Service department has proven themselves to be completely incompetent on a number of "repairs" to our truck purchased there in June. We always have to take it back for them to fix what they've broken and/or to have the work completed because they aren't able to remedy it the same day. Today they changed our oil and overfilled it. The cap either blew off or was never put back on and now our engine compartment is full of oil. They SUCK!

Service took a little longer than expected. The difficult part was having to listen to Foxnews in the waiting room.
