I've without a doubt had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. I was misguided, misinformed, and outright lied to, by more than one person, throughout the entire process. On top of the finance dept being so unorganized as to "lose" paperwork, "find" something else to sign, etc...creating more hardships than should ever have been necessary for purchasing a car. Not easy to work with, wouldn’t budge on price supposedly the price on the tag is “the lowest we can go”. Went to a small family owned ford dealership in Holton and had way better service and found a nicer & newer vehicle that was priced much better.
