I love this salon. I've been going here since I moved to the area, and with one exception, have always seen Cala. The one time that I wasn't happy with my highlights (I chose a color that was too much lighter than my base color) I called and she had me come in the next day to correct the problem, totally free of charge. They have a great atmoshpere and unlike some other salons I've been to, I've never felt intimidated or unwelcome -- all the girls here are super warm and do a great job!
