We were technically booked at Eden Roc but placed in a NOBU room. Really enjoyed our stay, and if this rating were only with regards to the staff, it would be a full 5 stars. However, for the room rate charged, I do expect everything to be tip-top in such a nice hotel. In our own room, our shower door did not close properly, making for sopping wet towels on the floor to keep it safe, the curtains in our room were pretty dirty, no flat sheets on the bed (so we slept with a comforter or nothing on top of the fitted sheet), no ... read more
