Restaurant fantastic. Beautiful hotel.
Terrible customer service and housekeeping. Expect to have old food and open glasses of wine in your locked mini fridge and have it all crash out with broken glass when they unlock it for you. And don’t expect the staff or even managers to help, they just transfer your call 7 times.

If you enjoy pretense without substance, overpaying for a parking lot view, obnoxious pool djs, crowded beach with no room to sit despite exorbitant room rates and resort fee, excessive noise and don't find paying $36 for a water downed pina colada criminal then THIS is THE place.
Quiet well distributed spaces
Place is sick. Beautiful modern luxurious suites with balconies overlooking the ocean. Great service from Sherein and Alex, looking forward to returning.
