Their business office/front desk is appalling. I was there as a guest of a company that was paying for my stay. The front desk said they still needed my credit card for incidentals of $299 per day. Ok I guess - no looking back it is my mistake to give them my card at all. So, on day one of my three day stay they put a pending charge of $1656.78 on my visa.
