Big dealership with a big dealership feel. but a few great guys still work there
My girlfriends brand new Pit boss had a rear wheel bearing go out and Henshaws.replaced the portioning.valve and charged her full tune up with less than 6,000 mi. The rear wheel locked up on I-5 on the way home from Hinshaws.
I came in on a Sunday, talked to Rick Stone about a V-Strom 650. Had him email me an "out the door price" because Hinshaws price seemed really high. It turned out that the other dealership had given me a quote for the V-Strom without the aluminium boxes. We emailed back and forth during the week.
