As a business owner, I appreciate when other businesses take the initiative to do things right- NoboeRush has it nailed down to a science. Joey was awesome in every respect as far as getting me on the bike I wanted, the whole service department was exceedingly helpful- they went above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of what I needed to do to stay running as long as possible on the newest version of my old machines. We purchased 3 quads back in May of last year. 1 new 50, 1 new 90 and a used Suzuki. The used Suzuki broke down the first day out so we returned it for a full refund. Come to find out, they never removed it from our account. We were paying for a quad we didn’t own for months! It took multiple contacts to try and get it resolved. We just now checked our account and they removed the wrong quad, of lesser value and lower APR. It has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I purchased a 2017 R6 through NobleRush in November and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. I was assisted by Joey Kopp who answered all my questions and then walked me through the financing. They then prepared and delivered the motorcycle to my house the next day! I also used there service department in December and loved the customer service as well as the professionalism shown by them. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new or used motorcycle or quad.
I’ll start out by saying, I’ve had a fair amount of experience purchasing new vehicles ranging from heavy duty commercial trucks to motorcycles. In early February I contacted Noble Rush about a Kawasaki Teryx4 side by side. We made the deal with a few emails and one telephone conversation. I live in Reno, NV...about 740 miles from Auburn Wa. I am writing this review since the exchange of hats as far as the dealership name goes etc. Recently I got a Kawasaki Z125 KRT aka the best looking Z125 in the lineup lol. As of now, before I take delivery, it's in the hands of the Service personnel who are in the process of rectifying an ECU related recall on the Z125 bikes, basically a plug n' play replacement scenario.
