Had an issue with a pair of boots I bought 5 months ago. Took them in and within no time I was given a brand new pair of the same boots to replace the bad pair. That is outstanding customer service. Thanks a bunch.

I got pre-approved at my bank, offered full asking price for a new 2014 bike. I said I didn't want to pay the BS fees (destination, setup, doc).. But they put those fees on the purchase order anyway. On the internet listing for the bike, they listed the fees as $ 390 for destination and $150 for the rest.. But they put $900 in BS fees on the P.O. I've had my '04 V Star 650 for just over a year and took it to Hinshaw for a tune up and oil change. There service and quality are excellent. I will be taking my Ninja to them as well. They have my full trust.

Bought my first bike here and the staff was nothing but helpful and insightful as far as leading me in a good direction for a first time rider. Not too pushy and all very friendly. Will definitely buy my next bike from them too
