Great service! A little slow sometimes due to numbers of customers(goes to show), but still a great experience. I just purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Interstate- I put the first mile on it and I've been the only rider! Awesome style, and Rick was great as my sales rep. He helped me out with test riding different motorcycles- meaning ride and power characteristics- while Progressive was working out the accident details. Both treated me great and got me into this bike, and I'm- to steal Mickey D's logo- Lovin' it!
By far the best motorcycle store around. Customer service is top notch, and for a bike shop these days that's like finding gold.
I had been eyeballing and sitting on bikes here and every other dealership around for quite a while before deciding to purchase a new bike. Hinshaws originally was not a very good place to get an idea of cost, but they now have a price tag on every new and used bike. I found this very helpful when shopping for a good deal. I am satisfied with the work done by Hinshaws but not thrilled with the price. I dropped my bike off to have fork seals replaced and chain and sprockets. I realized they had to take both wheels off to do the work so I called to have wheel bearings replaced since the wheels are off it shouldn't cost much more to do the work. I also asked for all the old parts back for my personal use. The bill for chain and sprockets, wheel bearings, and fork seals was 1,200.00 I didn't even get all the used parts.
