Recommendedthe team at NobleRush in Auburn have been awesome. Totally responsible even going above and beyond to make things right even when things out of their control happen. Because they do such a good job, I just dropped my bike off for it's 13000 mile tuneup.
Took bike in for oil change got me in right away done in less than hour thanks
I haven’t had any good experience with them. Sales people who don’t call you back and a service department that keeps people’s bikes for 3 weeks for an oil change and still didn’t get it done for my bf. He had to take his bike back because we moved. I don’t recommend them at all
Another dealer had givin me a bike price and trade in value. I wanted to stay local so I inquired at Noble Rush since I had purchased a bike there before. They offered the same bike and same price but only 5600 for my trade. The other dealer told me 7000 for my trade. I asked Noble if they would match the deal, and they agreed. When I get down there, GM says I’m not paying more than 5600 for the trade. Sales person had never ridden a street bike & didn’t know much about them. Finance Team was not willing to budge on price or fees of a brand new motorcycle. Not a single dollar, just a NO. Negotiations didn’t exist.
Went down there looking for a bike and didn't find anything that fit the bill. So Steve a salesman walks up asks what I'm looking for a say something close to this but not quite right yet. So he's says I have the right one let's go check it out. We head upstairs all the way in the back store room and there it is brand new hitting on all points. Would have been a 5 star review we had a great sales person. However, since we purchased our bike last Thursday paid cash ordered a different windshield at the same time it should've arrived today. It's now not arriving until tomorrow and the weather will be crappy until mid day Friday. Poor business practices. And when I spoke with Shelby bc I am extremely unhappy with how they handled a cash paying customer she found it funny and laughed at me, telling me its sunny out.
