Worked with Abby via texting all day and made the drive there to look at a newly listed Rogue. Exceptionally friendly and great staff. Would defiantly recommend her and Sorg Nissan! Thanks for the great new to me car!
Bernie took the time to find out any problems with the vehicle, made sure to offer possible solutions, explain the service to be performed. He always manages to put me at ease and allay any concerns.
This dealership was an interesting experience in which they attempted to bully me into buying a car by having someone else take it out for a test drive while i was in the process of figuring out payment details. I was willing to put 6000$ plus a 1000$ trade in, out of the 12000$ the car was priced at. After this interaction I would recommend going else where to find a vehicle. I would venture to say that of all the car dealerships i have visited in Warsaw it was by far the worst.
I had a terrific experience at Sorg- saw a car I wanted online (had very specific parameters due to the fact that I was purchasing a vehicle after having my previous car totaled in an accident). The listing didn't even have photos- that's how new the car was to them. Just bought a new Nissan Maxima. Jose Cervantes and the rest of the staff were amazing! This is my third Nissan and will buy my fourth from them! The chocolate turtle wasn't bad either!
Great first time buyer experience for my fiancee Stephanie in purchasing her new Nissan Versa. Awesome working with Jose Cervantes and Dave Fausnaugh. She knew what she wanted and Jose had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive before we got there. They waited past closing for us to return from the bank and gave her a chocolate turtle as a thank you for purchasing from them. Above and beyond in all aspects. Very impressed!
