I needed a small part, they ordered it, they called me, I went in at the time we agreed, Bernie put it on in a minute and I was on my way. Thank you also to Bernie to spotting the seat covers I was going to put on, he saw them and told me that I had side air bags in my seat and the seat covers could cause them to malfunction....I appreciate him sharing this information with me.
Loved our experience with Neal. He was so friendly and very informative. We bought a New Rogue and he explained every little detail about how everything worked. It is a good thing he did because we left in our new car and got into a terrible rainstorm. Thanks to Neal we knew where the wipers were, which I don't know how quickly we could have found them on our own. Did I mention it was a downpour, very hard to see. Thanks Neal!
