I had Kim from warsaw Sorg Nissan order me a part for my car and she ordered the wrong part. I'm now being charge 30$ for a "restock" fee. I'M BEING CHARGED FOR HER MESS UP 😠😭😭 ugh. as if a broken down car isn't stressful enough...and who knows how much more money I'll have to throw down on this car..my only running vehicle..At least nissan is getting their cut out of my misfortunate life.. 🖕
I wasted over $100 for a diagnostic to be told that my warranty was not going to cover the transfer case that needed replaced. I take my vehicle somewhere else and get a new transmission covered under warranty and the transfer case is fine.
RecommendedSorg Nissan is just wonderful! From the sales team to the service department...great things happen! I especially appreciate Bernie and his service team! As a matter of fact, I bought my Nissan because of the great service department!

Bought a 2018 Roge from Abby Ramer, then 14 days later Bought a 2018 Frontier from her. We have nothing bad to say about Sorg Nissan, and their service department has bent over backwards to help with an issue on my Frontier. My Wife and I highly recommend Sorg Nissan, and go see Abby Ramer she will work tirelessly to get you into the vehicle of your choice.
The service department at Sorg Nissan is amazing! Bernie and Stephanie make sure everyone is taken care of in a kind, respectful and professional manner. They take time to explain issues and have really come to trust their opinions.

kind of disappointed in sorg Nissan service department after hearing of one other person and my wife both being treated in such a rude manner with service personnel, it feels like they don't want to fix my vehicle that is under warranty, it has been there twice now and it's still having the same issue, I don't know if I could ever recommend sorg Nissan service, their sales department has been good to us both times we have went there but I don't think I can say is much about the service department
