The service department is great they explain everything to you. The waiting area is very comfortable and you can even get popcorn while you wait. The whole car buying experience was fast and everyone was so friendly.

Bought a 2015 Rogue. We have been taking it back to Sorgs for service ever since. Always get great friendly service without feeling like we are getting gouged price wise.
First time since bought to have service. Was very polite and comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks and 2 Tv, Service was very quick and explained well to me. Very clean facilities . Good at asking and answering questions.
top notch customer service, friendly salespeople and are very honest!! I will definitely return for future sales and service. They treat thier customers with kindness and respect and they do not pressure you into purchasing something that you do not want. Thank you for treating me like a person instead of a sale!! they do not disclose that there is a fee to look at your vehicle. They also find things broken that are not broken. They lied to you on the phone and tell you what services they provide and when you get there it is totally different. I will never ever use them again
