Unfortunately, I've never had this happen before, but I was quoted a price on a vehicle and signed a purchase agreement. I was told they would perform several repairs and not all were repaired. They also came back and didn't want to stand by their purchase agreement price they agreed to. Needless to say I'm shocked at the turn of events today. My husband sold cars years ago and knows this is NOT the way you do things in car sales. Your word is supposed to mean something.
I needed a vehicle fast!!! I've seen reviews about Nissan and have stopped in the past and never felt obligated to buy something right then. The gentleman that helped "Clark" was very helpful. He showed us all the available vehicles in my price range. I feel all the staff involved were helpful. Thanx Nissan

If you're buying from them make sure you get your title on time. We got ours a month and 5 days later and had to pay penalties. Also, when you comment on their posts they delete your comments. We have bought here before and had no problems in the past. I'm very disappointed this time around. If you do decide to buy from Nissan in Muskogee ask for Jeremy Sellers, he was very helpful.
I've gotten my last 3 vehicles from Nissan of Muskogee and I will continue too. Everybody is always so nice to me and when I come in they always update me on how long it's going to take. Also they know I work nights and ask how I'm doing and if it's going to take longer then usual they offer to run me home so I can get some sleep. They are very honest about everything!
