Horrible place wouldn’t ever recommend going here for anything what’s so ever, avoid it act like this place don’t even exist. Management will literally try to fight you if you wanna do a warranty swap or exchange.
Another award winning stealership, doesn’t like to do warranty work that’s been paid for, or own up to their mistakes and make things right. Your typical dealership experience.

Horrible customer service and managers are all rude.
will never do business with Nissan of Muskogee ever again, they ruined not one but two of my friends' cars and will not warranty fix or reimburse my friends, one paid $2k on a warranty and they don't give a flying crap about him or the car after a blown motor which wasn't his fault but a defect on Nissan's end, they also left the window cracked and the car is filled with water and mold damage, the manager even tried to fist fight my friend after all the issues he had when he brought them up, I will never bring my nissan to t... read more
RecommendedAfter buying multiple cars from Muskogee Nissan and Greg Stout I am in awe of the amazing service we receive from them. I call either Greg or Leonard, tell them the issue and they are on it!! If you want your car to last as long as you do, Call Greg, he will get it done!!
