I'm a Disabled Veteran and need a lift for my mobility scooter when I went to the dealership and I told them what I needed. They sold me a Nissan rouge. They told me it can hold a lift. Turns out it was untrue. Nissan doesn't even put a lift on this vehicle. So I ask them if they would take it back and make right the wrong they did to me. They told me no and that if I wanted a vehicle that would work then I should pay 4000 to 5000 to get one. I believe that if they had any integrity at all they would fix this wrong.
Great crew and customer service
Absolutely awful service. I waited 5 hours to be spoken with after test driving 2 vehicles with intent to purchase and my 2 year old was nearly dehydrated because mr. Jackson L. decided to deny us any of their "free water". They are not personable or friendly, simply rude.

On a very cold day January 15th (lol) we for some reason decided to go look at some cars with really no intention of buying one, we were on the lot looking around when a sales lady Angelina came out and greeted us, mind you it is very cold. She was very patient and sweet, let us take a test drive and was very helpful, anyway long story short she sold us a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue and I absolutely love it. We are very happy with the experience we had at Nissan in Muskogee. Go see Angelina she’ll get you fixed up.
