Very caring and inviting people! – I came here for a laser treatment for my broken capillary, and i was greeted by the owner (Nina) with a very nice and welcome attitude. She sold me the best laser package that eventually within 5 sessions made my broken capillary disappear. The staff here is very generous and open-minded to their customers needs. I totally recommend this place to anybody looking for a luxurious spa to relax in!
Micro-dermabrasion Facial and Massage – Perfectly located by subways, bus stops on 5th and 6th, by the Empire State Building. I can go on my lunch break or after work on my way home. I was greeted by a professional and pleasant receptionist, Maria. She had a very non-stressful and non demanding approach which is welcomed and made me feel like I stepped into an oasis. Happy with the result – I came to Laser consultation last Friday and I'm happy with my choice. The technicians well informed and professional. I was given lots of advise as to shaping the area and was asked many questions about my past history.I was made quite comfortable and went through with the treatment in same day. I am quite happy with the results, a little redness but all the hair has shed . I keep coming back.

NOT SO GREAT SERVICE – SO i SAW THEIR ADD IN THE AM NY AND SAW THAT THEY HAD SPECIALS FOF FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS. SO I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I GOT THERE THEY SEEMED OKAY. My EYEBROWS are GONE – I told them to leave my eyebrows full multiple times, and then in the MIDDLE of the tweezing I told her it felt like she was taking too much off and she said she will be careful but she gave me pencil eyebrows. They look so stupid. Also, I asked for a tweezing with tweezers only and she tried using wax on my after I closed my eyes. I told her NO and she said I had to because my eyebrows needed it. Extremely unprofessional, no a/c, rude – I booked massages to celebrate my boyfriend graduating from law school. Since their massages were regular $125 (and I got them for $50 each off of groupon), I assumed it was a classy joint but *please* don't be fooled. If you find a really solid deal, sure go for it... the massages are just okay though, and you run the risk of terrible service. Nice place, good job. – It was my first time at Nina's Day Spa, I called and they got me right in which was perfect because I was going away on a trip with my boyfriend and wanted to be hair free and polished! I booked a manicure and pedicure and a full body wax. I will definitely go back the price was very reasonable and the girls were fast and experienced. Best wax ever! They even introduced me to laser hair removal and gave me a free consultation. I will go back
