Wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere! – After a coworker raved about this spa I decided to check it out. I grabbed a friend and went to their shopping recovery party for a free wax. What an inviting staff so acomodating! We made our way to the waiting area where we loaded up on sugar yum! There was a large table full of goodies and we infinitely indulged ourselves lol. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND NOT RECOMMENDED – I'm still in shock of why I came to this place (no more spa week for me), and waited so long to be taken care of. I had my appointment scheduled at 3pm to get a facial and they didn't take care of me until 3:45pm!!!!! Best spa for laser hair removal in NYC! – I've been to many spas around the city and wasted a lot of money on laser hair removal treatments that didn't work. I pretty much lost hope then I saw an ad for Nina's in the metro and thought why not the price was right I'll try one more time. Great Massage! – I went to Nina's for a massage, I received from a Daily Deal. They were so nice there and treated me with such respect. After my amazing massage, I decided to call my girlfriend and have her come and check this place out. Sure enough last week, she went in for a facial and she felt the same way I did. We will be coming back here for sure.
I'm so excited! – After just one laser treatment, I have barely any hair left on my legs. The woman who treated me, natalya, was a complete doll and helped me through the process. I was a little nervous my first time. But she was so friendly I have no anxiety going back for my next treatment next week!

Incredible Facial and Awesome Massage! – My girlfriend brought me to Nina's during spa week for a treat since we never do anything for ourselves. What a fantastic experience! We got there late (the subway on Saturday sucks) but the front desk girl was great and gave us some tea. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes but it was well worth it. First off when you come to Nina's you have to get a massage from Mona she's Awesome! I felt like jello after. Guard your skin--stay away – OK, I joined just so I could warn future unsuspecting clients. For spa week, I got the facial and massage. The place was old and rundown. The gross rug on the floor was so grungy my stockinged feet stuck to it. The music was cheesy and too loud. There weren't even lockers to leave your stuff. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR OWN RATINGS – I went to Nina's because of its positive ratings and its location. I figured it would be pretty good and professional since it is located in Midtown!
