worst place ever – I went to this spa to get a full leg and bikini wax and to take advantage of the "free" mini derm abrasion treatment. I waited for almost an hour during which time at least 4 different staff people were harrassing me to buy packages. They first did the mini derm abrasion treatment, which wasn't at all a derm abrasion anything. The lady just basically put a dab of exfoliating lotion on my cheeks and forehead and spread it over the rest of my face while trying to sell me packages for derm abrasion treatments... read more
Love this place! Great Value! – I originally went here after purchasing a groupon, but wound up buying extra packages and massages. Everyone is friendly and professional. The facility is small but very clean. Never waited more than a couple minutes for any treatment. I definitely recommend it.
Good customer service, price and result – so wierd reading such things either too good or too bad!I liked that spa and I would say I got what I expected. The price was good and the service was also great! Yep I waited a bit,but just because the good specialist was so busy and i made an appointment on that day. But whatever I liked that Spa and I would recommend it!
Beware - Bad All Around – Used Groupon and upgraded to a longer service. They started me 20 minutes late and didn't add it on at the end, so they basically had me pay extra to sit in the waiting room. They did not do what they said would be in the massage treatment, and they didn't use the products the treatment advertises. The shower doesn't have hot water and doesn't seem clean. Please Read other Reviews -They are SCAMMERS – These people are just plain dishonest....They falsely advertise and make it misleading and they wait until you are in the middle or done with treatments to hit you up for the extra $$$$ There are hundreds of legitimate spas in NYC - PLEASE dont go here based on getting a discounted coupon - it will end up costing you far more money in the long run
The best birthday I ever had!!!!!!! – My experience at Nina's was the best once I walked in the door I was being pampered I was offered a variety of beverages "the tea was the best"... I have to say there customer service was extraordinary. Nina's + Groupon = The Best Combo – I never tried Nina's before, but ever since I received that Email that they were having a big Gift Certificate Sale ($150 gift Certificate for $50), I had to try it. It was just too good to be true. I purchased 5 of them and gave 4 of them to my friends birthdays which were all in the last 2 months. I was really glad I did. They all had a wonderful time. Money hungry liars – PLEASE READ, SOME POST ON THIS SITE I BELIEVE THE EMPLOYEES WROTE- I recieve a dicounted laser hair removal package. I am a university student (so i dont even want to get started on how much finances stress me), but purchased the package anyway considering it was a limited time offer, and they promised me I would get free touch-ups if they laser didn't work the way they promised me. Great spa salon – I work as a waitress and my life is crazy and very busy all the time. I work day and night shifts for 10 hours what makes you stressed out . After the long day I am leaving work place completely fatigued, exhausted, I have pain in the shoulders, legs and especially in the back.
