Great place to relax and become beautiful – I always like to try something new, I mean different spas. So it was a Nina's Spa turn. I'm very subjective person so I didn't expect a lot. Exactly what I was looking for! – I went to Nina's for a facial and laser treatment. From the minute I walked into the door, the whole staff were smiling and comforting. It was a great feeling to be so welcomed and I felt very relaxed. Amazing Services! – In February of this year, I researched several laser centers online, and decided that Nina's European Day Spa and Laser Center beat the competition in price, reviews, and customer satisfaction. Thankfully, my decision to head to Nina was one of the best one's I've made in a long time. Maybe it was my lucky day, but Bella was appointed as my technician. No amenities & low quality service! – I purchased a coupon online so the services I received were at a discounted price. Nonetheless, from the start is was a mediocre experience. My appointment was scheduled at 10:00 am so I arrived at 9:30 am to check in and enjoy the amenities, only to find that Nina's was closed and didn't open until right before 10:00 am. Bella is the absolute WORST – If it were possible to give this place a zero, I would. My experience was passable up until encountering Bella. It's no bliss spa so don't expect to be offered a glass of water or lite fare and be prepared for tacky surroundings - the garish green awning outside being the first hint. Auful! The WORST and DIRTIEST place ever! – Waste of time and money! I wouldn't go to this place even if treatments were free. I went to get a Microdermabrasion facial on Monday. The place is dirty, the staff is very unprofessional and nasty. The service is the worst !! Fantastic Spa-salon, great atmosphere! – I'm highly grateful to Nina's spa for the day I've spent there was like a day in a Paradise, so much pleasure I've got. Exactly what we were looking for. – I came to Nina's for the first time on Valentine 's Day with my boyfriend. I surprised him with a massage and facial package for the two of us. At soon as we came in we were greeted by smiling and happiness wishing ladies. I bought the package for the two of us online and the price beat most spas in Manhattan.
