SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! – Nina had no sense of professionalism. She made me sign the credit card slip while I was getting my facial (even though my credit card was already billed because I paid over the phone). The lady who was doing my facial was trying to sell me another package while I was getting my $150 facial done.... The treatments that they used on my skin were horrible- it made my skin breakout.. Relaxing Massage – I recently when to Nina's and had one of the best massages that i can remember. When I first walked in I was greeted by Nina who is one of nicest and friendly spa owners i can recall meeting. I then went back to the massage room where i met Maria the massage therapist , she then proceeded to give me one of the most relaxing massages i have ever had. great spa - very highly recommended – Since the first minute you enter this oasis you feel taken good care of. Customer service is wonderful. Very clean facilities. Bella, certified technician, is exceptional. Laser hair removal is not very pleasant procedure but Bella makes it almost enjoyable. No burns or any rush after the treatment. beautiful and clean looking with no hair ! – I am very happy to see no hair around my bikini ! It is comfortable , clean and looks nice. Bella is the best technitian in this field , you will feel comfortable with her kindness. Tha laser hair removal sounds scarely but only little pain. I had a much hair but now I have little, I am really happy with this. It will takes 5-7 times to remove all hair but every time you will realize you have less hair. Amazing hands! – My husband gave me spa gift from Nina's for my birthday. Weather it's a facial or an eye-lash tint or one of her more esoteric specialties, Bella is always on top of her game, reliable, and focused on helping her customers look their best. Russian is best!! – I was visiting New York this weekend and my friend give me a spa present! I was realy surprised but in the same time little bit confyused about going there. Friendliest spa! – Today , when i came to Nina's Day Spa , i was greeted by the friendliest ladies and i was treated incredibly. I never had such a good experience in my life!I felt very relaxed and comfortable and the treatments i got where all FLAWLESS!! I very much enjoyed my time here and will be back soon:)
