I just had an AMAZING experience here!!! My three boys and I just set out on a cross country adventure this am. Only 120 miles in we noticed a weird piece of rubber hanging down under the car and a strong smell of burning oil:( We stopped at the closest buick dealership, Nimnicht Buick, and they not only squeezed us in immediately, but fixed our weird flapping thing, filled up our oil, sent us on our merry way in less than 40 minutes and didn't even charge us a dime!!!! Salesman was incredibly awesome (5 stars to him!) but service department needs improvement. I was even going to test drive something while I waited to potentially buy something new, but I will never bring my car here again nor purchase one. Coggin here I come! :)
We got our new family member here Ltd Suburban, Service was great, salesman was funny, great and thirsty. However great buying experience without any pressure or aggression. That was a yr ago. I found my car on auto trader, and when going to the dealership I wasn't quite sure what to expect. This was my first time financing a car and I don't have too much credit history. Barry Lambert, the car salesman, made my experience far more simple and enjoyable than I would have ever imagined! Everyone from the receptionist Annie, to the financing guy Chuck were beyond attentive and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking for a car! :)
